Naples Fishing Report by On a Mission Fishing Charters

Fishing report for Naples Florida: lots of variety this week. The beach fishing has exploded. Lots of game fish within a 100 yards from shore. Lots of male Snook with huge females mixed in. Huge schools of Jack’s roaming the area in the 5-15 pound range. Even the Bonita’s showed up! Bait has been extremely tough. With the red tide we had this winter killed off all of our spring bait so that has been the trickiest part of our whole day. 

March is here and with that comes unbearable winds and we are living it every day. It’s nearly impossible to get off shore when it’s like this so we have been concentrating all of our trips inshore till the winds can lay down. Also with March comes spring break and our schedules are overflowing, we’re getting 10 to 15 calls a day with the short notice are you open tomorrow? This never works this time of the year, so please plan accordingly. We still have two or three days open this month if you would like to book a charter please reach out to one of our captains.
