Naples Offshore & Inshore Fishing Report

Summer time is here in Naples, Florida and we’re taking advantage of everything it offers for our fishery. These summer months bring some of the best fishing we see all year long. Fishing for giant Permit has been our emphasis recently but there are still some other things going on as well. The big Tarpon are still migrating the beach and the big Snook are active as well through out the summer. Typically our trips this time of the year start by Tarpon fishing off the beach. We then grab bait and head offshore to spend the remainder of the day targeting Permit.

There have been many giant barracudas around to occupy ourselves if we have to wait for the Permit to show up. The cudas are a highly underrated gamefish and we’ve been having a lot of fun feeding them artificials recently. This is the best time of the year to target a monster Permit and knock it off your bucket list for good! Looking forward to all of our upcoming trips with our great clients.
