We are stuck in a transitional month. One day of beautiful weather followed by six days of awful weather. We haven't plagued with wind, rain, and a dash of red tide. Silverlining is this big northeaster that's going through today should blow all of the red tide out of here and should be at status quo by late in the weekend. My colleagues and myself have all been praying for spring like weather to get here, we did see some permit this weekend a few Tarpon. Bait has been hit or miss with the red tide because as soon as you catch it you run through a patch of it and your bait will die so we have been throwing artificial's and shrimp. water temperature has been from 63 to 73° up and down all week. It's very hard to try to get into a pattern with these conditions the last few weeks. So I've been looking at all my apps and future forecast and the next few weeks look beautiful we should be getting into a spring like pattern here very shortly and getting ready to blow the doors off.
