Well we were waiting and waiting patiently for it and it is finally here. Back to back to back cold fronts and water dipping into the 60s we have made the transition to shrimp. This is the time of the year where we catch lots of good table fair using shrimp is great bait to use this time of the year the waters cooler the fish are moving slower and want that easy meal. We have been fishing rock piles docks anything that holds sheep head black drum trout redfish even some snook in the mix. Our calendar is extremely packed this time of the year but we do have some spaces available please call as soon as possible for your earliest bookings.
Thank you tight lines, Captain Wes

Family fun triple tailing was the staple for the week. The weather has been beautiful and we took full advantage of it. It’s hard to pass up some of these beautiful fillets for dinner and my clients were not complaining. We are averaging 1 to 3 fish per half day charter there’s been a lot around at least one for the table every trip.
The backcountry still remain solid, after triple-tailing we returned for a slew of Jack’s, Snook, redfish, trout, snapper, sheephead pompano full on winter fishery. We are starting to fill our calendars for the last two weeks of the year. It is full-blown season please book your trips accordingly! Tight lines, Captain Wes |
