Fishing from the fall to winter transition has very good. Lots of stuff in the near shore to inshore Wrecks and reefs. The Bonita "false albacore" are here by the truckloads, which offer amazing light tackle action, and drag blistering runs. If your arms get tired of that, you could always drop a chunk of Bonita down to the bottom or throw fillet out in the middle of the flurries for spinner sharks and jewfish "Goliath grouper" for some high intensity hand to hand combat. Another positive about chasing the Bonita around are all of the Stone crab traps floating everywhere, these traps have been littered with triple tail. I've been seeing up to, two and three fish on each pot.
With all these things fish just minutes from the ramp makes it for very interesting day on the water! Tight lines y'all, see you soon!
